Consider forming a walk team. Teams can be as few as four people or as many as you want! It's as easy as asking friends, family members, and/or co-workers to join you, then picking a team name, and registering your team. Teams inspire others with their enthusiasm and they add a sense of spirit and camaraderie to the event.
Step by Step we can all make a difference.
Even if you can't participate in Walk MS, you can still be part of the movement.
